Connect your procurement system directly to galloup.com to populate your requisitions and purchase orders without duplicating order entry. Enjoy the benefit of the Online Account Access features listed above, with the additional benefit of automating your procurement process. Common platforms we have integrated with include: Ariba, SAP, Jaggaer/SciQuest, Coupa, and Oracle. We can support any standard cXML or OCI Punchout.

Our OE Touch App gives you all the functionality and account access you enjoy on our website, with the on-the-go accessibility of an app. App features include:

  • Scan product barcodes utilizing the camera on your phone.
  • Manage product groups and easily access frequently ordered items
  • Email product information or order details right from the app – to yourself, your colleague, or boss
  • Review open quotes and open orders
  • View your account balance and open invoices
  • Available for both Apple iOS and Android devices

Stockroom Mobile App

Easily manage your storeroom and cribs using the Galloup Stockroom App. App features include:

  • Create and submit orders for inventory replenishment
  • Scan product barcodes using the camera on your phone or with an external Bluetooth I/R scanner
  • Search for products based on your part numbers or product description
  • View your storeroom product list and add items to your order
  • Replenish products based on inventory counts tied to desired minimum and maximum quantities
